For years, chef Adan, @astralpdx and @machetes.pdx have come together to celebrate Día de la Independencia with phenomenal food, drinks, music, and vibes and this year, we are honored to host it at the Hoxton! Barbacoa, trompo, mariachi, vendors and more will take over Tope and our lobby area to celebrate the start of Hispanic Heritage Month with our communities, and we hope you’ll join us! This is a free event open to people of all ages. Please note we’ll be serving our collab dishes and not regular Tope menu, and we will not be taking reservations.
