The Hoxton, Rome FAQs

Find us in the Pinciano neighbourhood, a short walk from beautiful Villa Borghese. Rome Termini train station is a brisk 25-minute walk from us, and trains from there go direct to Fiumicino airport, and all over Italy.

We don’t have dedicated parking at the hotel, but there is a secure parking nearby on via Tirso. Get in touch with the team for our preferential rate.

You can choose your own check-in/out time for free with our Flexy Time initiative, which is available to anyone who books direct on our website up to 72 hours in advance. Otherwise, regular hotel check-in is 2pm.

Already booked, but want more time in your room than first planned? Ask Reception to extend your check-out time for just €10 an hour up till 4pm.

We’re always more than happy to store luggage free of charge during your stay at the Hoxton, and you’re welcome to leave your bags with us during the day you check-in or check-out. For security reasons, we’re only able to accept and store parcels and personal items for guests during their stay, and we kindly ask that any deliveries are scheduled within your reservation dates, as we’re unable to hold items outside of these times.

Yes! We have Hox bikes that are free to use throughout your stay, upon availability.  Just ask at front desk for the lowdown.

Beers, wines and a selection of snacks, plus a few handy essentials for whenever cravings strike. No over-the-top mini-bar drama — just good stuff when you want it. Head down to the lobby and fill your fridge.

Why do laundry when we can do it for you? Just pop any dirty laundry in the bag in your room and hand it to the front desk — our external laundry partner will return it fresh and clean, usually the next day (or same day if received early), for an additional charge.

Hey there, gym bunny! There are plenty of great gyms and fitness studios around us. Stop by the front desk and we’ll point you to some of our favourites, including spots that offer special rates for our guests.

Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit or debit card at the time of booking. Payment is taken upon check-out unless stated otherwise. Please refer to our payment policy and T&Cs when booking online.

Flexy Time lets you check in and out whenever you like, for free when you book direct. Just book at least 72 hours in advance.

Tiny Hox is here to make family stays easy. If you’re travelling with little ones, just let us know ahead of time and we’ll help you get set up.

Our cosier rooms (under 20 sqm) are designed for a maximum of two guests, while some larger room categories can accommodate a cot or an extra bed for children under 12 sharing with parents.

Baby cots or extra beds are arranged depending on your child’s age — just give us a heads-up before arrival so everything’s ready when you get here.

We’ve also got a few handy essentials for families, like nappies and wipes, should you need them during your stay.

Yes! All of our rooms have a hair dryer for all your primping and preening needs.

Fancy a light breakfast? Just fill in the bag on your desk, pop it on the hook outside your room, and it will be waiting for you filled with a pastry, yoghurt, juice, and a piece of fruit when you wake up in the morning. A €5 charge will be added to your bill upon check out.
